What channels do you usually get nutrition and health knowledge from?
There are many kinds of nutrition knowledge now, and some knowledge has been mixed together. I don't know which one is right. But in any case, dietary nutrition needs to enrich itself scientifically and reasonably through formal channels and establish a correct nutritional concept. Eating is a science. Learn how to eat nutritious food, not just satisfy your appetite. Eating with your brain instead of your stomach is a belief that should be advocated. I usually listen to some reliable dietary nutrition knowledge by reading books, watching TV and listening to the radio. For example, the diet and health knowledge obtained by the central 10 set of Healthy Road, Beijing Satellite TV's Yangshengtang, Liaoning Satellite TV's Health Lighter, Hubei Satellite TV's Diet and Health Highlights, etc.

I learn food nutrition knowledge mainly through three channels.

1. Reliable professional books More reliable diet and nutrition books are generally textbooks and series of books published by China Nutrition Society.

There are also some famous popular science books, such as Fan Zhihong's Healthy Come to My Bowl, Let Family Eat Healthy: Create a Small Environment for Food Safety, Wang Xingguo's Encyclopedia of Eating, Gu Zhongyi's The Way We Eat and a series of other popular science books, which are reliable, easy to understand, close to life and practical.

2. I learned many professional nutritionists from the clinical nutrition conference, and Wang Xingguo is one of them. Mr. Wang dares to tell the truth, is very principled, does not sell health care products, and makes the knowledge of genealogy easy to understand, so he joined Mr. Wang Xingguo's study group.

3. Through the online open course of catering nutrition, we can see the catering nutrition departments of many universities, such as the diet and health of Sun Yat-sen University.

We are in an era of highly developed network information, and it is difficult to distinguish between true and false knowledge. What I am most afraid of when I study nutrition is that I have gone astray, gone the wrong way and others have made mistakes. So I have to learn professional and reliable knowledge from the right teacher, so that I can develop a pair of eyes that can see through pseudoscience and learn a skill to protect myself and my family.
