Take 3 ~ 10g of Kuding tea and brew it with boiling water, or wrap 10g of Kuding tea with gauze, put it in a teacup, brew it with boiling water, cool it, add a spoonful of honey and stir it evenly for later use. Rinse for 2 ~ 3 minutes each time, several times a day, and 5 ~ 7 days is 1 course of treatment.
2, medlar chrysanthemum tea
Ingredients: 8 grams of Lycium barbarum and 5 chrysanthemums.
Efficacy: Lycium barbarum can tonify kidney and produce sperm, improve eyesight and soothe the nerves; Chrysanthemum is sweet in taste, cold in nature, and has the effects of clearing the wind and heat, calming the liver and improving eyesight.
Methods: Put Lycium barbarum and Chrysanthemum morifolium into a cup with a lid, brew with boiling water, cover and stew for 15 minutes.
Note: Chrysanthemum is cold, and people with deficiency-cold constitution should not take it.
3. Lemon honey tea
Ingredients: half a lemon and proper amount of honey.
Efficacy: Lemon has the effects of promoting fluid production, quenching thirst and strengthening spleen and stomach. Honey has the effects of moistening, protecting liver and clearing away heat and toxic materials.
Methods: Clean the lemon peel carefully with salt, cut it into thin slices, put the lemon into a cup, pour warm water, stir, and finally add honey to take it.
Note: Lemon and honey are both cold foods.
