Eat raw:
The simplest way to eat yacon is to eat it raw. Wash, peel and eat raw directly. I won't say much about the taste, because yacon is very cold, so cold friends must be careful when eating yacon to avoid eating too much, which is harmful to their health. In addition, I suggest that you put the newly bought yacon for two or three days before eating. You will find that after eating for a period of time, not only the taste is good, but more importantly, the sweetness will increase to a certain extent.
Yacon salad:
When making fruit salad, friends can put some washed yacon to improve the overall taste of the salad. The method is also very simple. Just wash and cut the yacon for later use, then wash and cut the fruit that actually makes salad, then pile the fruit pieces and yacon pieces together and pour your favorite yogurt. Friends who like sugar can add some sugar in moderation, stir well and eat.
Yacon pig bone soup:
First of all, you need to prepare raw materials, including 300 grams of pork bones, one hundred and fifty grams of yacon, 80 grams of carrots, 50 grams of lotus seeds, 30 grams of candied dates, 20 grams of dried lilies, and a proper amount of ginger slices, chopped green onion, salt, chicken powder and cooking wine.
Put the pot on the fire, boil it with water, add a proper amount of cooking wine, add pork bones, stir with a spoon and cook for 30 seconds. The main purpose is to cook the blood in pig bones, and the other is to remove fishy smell. Then, after the pig bones are fished out, they are dried in water and put into a plate for later use.
Put a casserole on the fire, put water in the casserole, add lotus seeds and lilies when the water boils, put some ginger slices and candied dates, and drain the pig bones. No cooking wine here. Then, after the pork bones are cooked, add carrots and yacon and simmer for about ten minutes, and then add a proper amount of seasoning to eat.
