What eye exercises are there?
Eye exercises must be practiced frequently in order to achieve accurate and persistent movements. Usually you can do it twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. The old version of eye exercises has been simplified and has the following four parts.

Section 1 Routian Point (Zhuxia Three Points)

Connect the rib surfaces of the left and right thumbs to the upper orbital angle under the left and right eyebrows. The other four fingers are spread out, bent into an arch, and supported on the forehead. The dough should not be big.

In the second quarter, be clear about the police

Press the nasal root with your left or right thumb, first press down and then squeeze up.

In the third quarter, press and knead four white dots.

First put the left and right index fingers and middle fingers together and put them on both sides near the nose. The thumb is supported in the depression of the mandible, then the middle finger is put down and pressed in the center of the cheek. Note that the acupoints should not be moved and the dough should not be too big.

The fourth quarter according to the temple, wheel scraping eye socket (sun, bamboo, fish waist, silk and bamboo, pupil, gas bearing, etc. )

Make a fist with four fingers and press the sun with the rib surface of the left and right thumb.

Version 1

Close your eyes.

In the first section, press the eye point of the earlobe and scratch the ground with your toes.

With the music password, knead the acupoints with your thumb and forefinger rhythmically, and at the same time, hold the ground with all your toes, making four eight beats per beat.

In the second quarter, scrape your eyes according to your temples.

Press the thumb thread surface on both temples with both hands, and the rest fingers will naturally relax and bend. With the music password, first press and rub the temple with your thumb, and rub it four times per beat. Then, without moving the thumb, scrape the inside of the second joint of the index finger with a little force from the eyebrows to the forehead, once twice, twice in a row. So alternate, do four eight beats.

In the third quarter, press and knead four white dots.

The threaded surface of the index finger of both hands is pressed on the acupuncture points on both sides, the thumb is placed in the depression of the mandible, and the other fingers naturally relax and hold it, showing a hollow fist shape. Massage the acupoints rhythmically with the music password, and do four eight beats per beat.

In the fourth quarter, press and knead Fengchi point

Press the threaded surfaces of the index finger and middle finger of both hands on the acupuncture points on both sides respectively, and the other three fingers will naturally relax. Press and knead acupoints rhythmically with the music password. Do four eight beats per lap.

In the fifth section, press the Du meridian point on the head.

Press the acupoints of Toudu Meridian four times with both hands in an arc shape, and relax your fingers from front to back. Press and knead each beat with the music, and do four eight beats.

Press the thumb thread surface of both hands on the acupuncture points on both sides respectively, and the rest fingers will naturally relax, and the fingertips will rest on the forehead. Press the acupoints rhythmically with the music password, and make four eight beats per beat.

Section 2: Pressing Mingmen Point

The threaded surface of the index finger of both hands is pressed on the acupuncture points on both sides respectively, and the other fingers naturally relax and lift up, showing a hollow fist shape. Press the acupoints up and down rhythmically with the music password, and make four eight beats per beat.

Section 3: Press and knead four white dots.

The threaded surface of the index finger of both hands is pressed on the acupuncture points on both sides, the thumb is placed in the depression of the mandible, and the other fingers naturally relax and hold it, showing a hollow fist shape. Press the acupoints rhythmically with the music password, and make four eight beats per beat.

The fourth quarter: rubbing the temples and scraping the eyes.

The threaded surface of thumb of both hands presses the temples on both sides respectively, and the rest fingers naturally relax and bend. With the music password, first press and rub the temple with your thumb, and rub it four times per beat. Then, without moving the thumb, scrape the inner side of the second joint of the index finger of both hands from brow to brow with a little force, once twice, twice in a row. So alternate, do four eight beats.

Section 5: Pressing and Kneading Fengchi Point

Press the threaded surfaces of the index finger and middle finger of both hands on the acupuncture points on both sides respectively, and the other three fingers will naturally relax. Press the acupoints rhythmically with the music password, and make four eight beats per beat.

Section 6: Rub the earlobe and scratch the ground with your toes.

Pinch the eyelet in the middle of the earlobe with the threaded surface of thumb and forefinger, and the other three fingers naturally bend together. With the music password, knead the acupoints rhythmically with your thumb and forefinger, and grasp the ground with all your toes at the same time, making four eight beats per beat.
