Ingredients: cauliflower 1, diced celery 100g, almond slices 100g, onion 100g, water, cauliflower soup after cooking 900ml, peanuts, black pepper, olive oil and Himalayan salt.
Exercise:
1. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and cook it with 900 ml of water. Take out the cauliflower and leave the water for later use.
2. Dice celery, diced onion and sliced almond, stir-fry with olive oil until the sliced almond turns brown.
3. Pour the boiled cauliflower water into the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add the cooked cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Pour the whole pot of soup into vitamix and stir at high speed.
Season with Himalayan salt
7. Divide into small bowls and sprinkle with black pepper and peanuts.
