2. Enter the "Store Management" page.

3. Click the "Customer Service Management" option.

4. On the "Customer Service Settings" page, find the "avatar settings" option.

5. Click the "Modify" button next to "Avatar Settings".

6. In the pop-up window, select the option of "Delete avatar".

7. Click "OK" to complete the operation of canceling the customer service avatar.
