Recipes and practices of complementary food for seven-month-old infants
Most of the seven-month-old babies have already developed deciduous teeth. At this time, the mother can make a slightly thicker and harder complementary food for the baby to exercise the baby's chewing and swallowing ability. Then I compiled a complete seven-month-old baby complementary food recipe for mothers, and mothers can refer to the practices in it to make complementary food for their babies.

1. Flammulina velutipes noodles

Ingredients: a handful of baby noodles, about 50 grams of Flammulina velutipes, vegetables, onions and vegetable oil.

Exercise:

1. Wash Flammulina velutipes vegetables and onions, cut Flammulina velutipes into small pieces, and chop vegetables and onions for later use;

2. Add a little vegetable oil to the hot pot, then add Flammulina velutipes and chopped green onion, stir fry, add a proper amount of water or broth to the pot, add the cut vegetables, add the cut doll noodles after the water boils, and cook until soft and rotten.

Second, liver yellow porridge

Ingredients: small pieces of pig liver, eggs 1 piece, 30g of japonica rice and a little salt.

Exercise:

1. Wash pig liver and scrape it into velvet with a knife. You can add a small amount of salt and stir evenly to taste;

2. Cook the egg, then remove the shell, take out the yolk and grind it into mud. When cooking, put cold water in the pot, which is not easy to boil. Soak in cold water immediately after cooking to facilitate shelling.

3. Wash the glutinous rice and put it in the pot, add appropriate amount of water to boil, and then continue to cook porridge with low fire;

4. Put the prepared liver mud and egg yolk mud into the porridge and stir well. Add a little salt to taste and cook for 10 minutes.

Third, broccoli rice paste

Ingredients: appropriate amount of broccoli (the baby eats too much flatulence), and the baby is rice paste.

Exercise:

1. Cut the broccoli into small flowers, remove the indigestible roots, soak in clear water for a while, and remove the pesticides;

2. After adding water to the pot and boiling, blanch the broccoli in boiling water for about 5 minutes to completely remove pesticide residues;

3. Boil the scalded broccoli in cold water, steam it in a pot for 15 minutes, put it in a blender after steaming, and then add a small amount of cold boiled water to stir until it becomes turbid;

4. Add the broccoli paste to the soaked baby rice paste and mix well, then serve it to the baby.

Fourth, pumpkins, red dates and rice paste

Ingredients: 4 to 6 red dates, pumpkin 1 small pieces, baby rice paste.

Exercise:

1. Wash the pumpkin and jujube, peel the washed pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut it into small pieces, and steam the jujube in the pot 15 minutes;

2. Peel and core the steamed red dates, and then put them into a blender with pumpkins to make them into mud;

3. Put the pumpkin and jujube paste into the soaked baby rice paste and stir well.

Five, fish and sweet potato cake

Ingredients: about 20g of salmon and 20g of taro.

Exercise:

1. Cook salmon and taro in a pot;

2. Grind the cooked salmon and taro into mud, mix well, knead it into a cake, and fry it in a little oil.

Six, egg yolk soup

Ingredients: egg yolk, spinach leaves and carrots.

Exercise:

1, break the yolk, add appropriate amount of water to mix and dilute, then put it in a steamer and steam for about 5 minutes on medium heat;

2. Dice carrots, then cook them with spinach leaves until they are soft, grind them and put them on egg yolk soup.

The baby complementary food is very suitable for babies and has comprehensive nutrition. Mothers might as well give it a try.
