This is the third update of my father's attack journey-marathon vision.
Unconsciously, I have been running for five weeks.
This issue summarizes the running situation from February 22, 20021year to February 28, 20021year.
Originally, according to the novice training plan, there was only one day of running training in the 3 km race this week.
On February 22nd, 20021year, three rounds of leg strength training were conducted, each round including: 20 wide squats, 40 lunges and knees bends.
I didn't feel too tired after practicing, but I really wanted to go for a run, even if it was just a casual run, so I added a training to myself-1km run.
Ran 1.03 km, breaking the fastest average pace record, reaching 4'59''.
Sure enough, running and sweating makes the whole person feel much more comfortable, which is much more interesting than simply doing body part training. Running in the moonlight in the morning, facing the wind, lonely but free.
I think I can run faster if my legs are not a little sore after training.
Then, on February 24, 20021year, the training content was 3 km race.
I want to know why.
Obviously, running behind has become less and less energetic, but it runs faster and faster, and the pace is getting faster and faster.
Maybe I want to sprint more and more in the future.
But I can vaguely remember that my body is getting heavier and heavier.
Anyway, in the last 4 km race, 22'03' was used for 3 km, and only 18'00' was used this time, which really improved the speed and endurance.
Finally, two rounds of core training were conducted on February 26th, 20021year. Each round included: 10 burpee, 15 lunge, 50 supine push and 75 opening and closing jumps.
I remember when I got up, I thought I would go down and run after the core training, but I was paralyzed after the core training, and I still couldn't stand 75 jumps in two rounds. After finishing the training, I was still panting.
So I gave up the idea of running downstairs.
