Prepare an ordinary rubber balloon, put it on the tap, open the valve and fill it with cold water. The specific amount can be mastered according to your own size, but never exceed the original capacity of the balloon.
When filled with water, pinch the tail and take it off, stretch and tie it, and dry the surface with kitchen paper or clean cloth.
Take heat-resistant containers made of ceramics, metals and glass as an example. Its opening diameter is smaller than that of the water-filled balloon, and it is wrapped with plastic wrap (this is to facilitate the cleaning of sugar dripping on the container).
Put the balloon filled with water on the small mouth container for later use.
Su Ai sugar rapid melting method: put it into a heat-resistant glass (I can make 3 ~ 4 sugar bowls for this amount) or pour it into a pot and add water to boil it to a suitable temperature (the specific method can be searched without detailed explanation).
Put it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds, take it out and stir it, then put it in for 20 seconds, take it out and stir it, repeat the above actions until the sugar is completely melted (don't be lazy, direct heating for a long time will make the sugar coke discolor), add pigment and stir it evenly.
After adjusting the color of the sugar solution, when there are fewer bubbles in the liquid, pour it directly on the balloon filled with water.
After the sugar solution is cooled and solidified, take off the balloon and prepare for demoulding.
Punch a hole in a balloon with a needle, scissors, etc. (For the method of not splashing water, see Pettis, use a small balloon this time), drain all the water and take out the rubber balloon.
Put down the sugar bowl and it's over.
It's best to make it with a bigger water polo. You can pour more than two different colors of sugar solution, or you can mix several colors in a container, which will be more beautiful.
In addition to cake decoration, it can also be used to hold small desserts such as ice cream balls.

1, the balloon is the kind of rubber balloon that is usually inflated (ask me if I am healthy and safe? The video I saw said no problem), it is better to be medium and large, otherwise the puncture will not leak slowly when demoulding, but it will burst directly and splash on the sugar bowl (if the sugar bowl is wet, just pour out all the water and air dry it at room temperature (the temperature is not easy to get too hot, and the air humidity will also affect it).
2. A balloon filled with water will not explode when heated ~ ~ After the balloon is filled with water, it is found that there is a little air mixed in the balloon, which is totally irrelevant. It is not recommended if there is much air.
3. Try to use a straight container without a handle, which is not easy to drip into the sugar solution. Plastic packaging can be omitted. I use this container because there is no container smaller than this balloon mouth at home.
