Taoist theory of five elements
Huang Lao and Huang Lao's main works are Huangdi Neijing and Tao Te Ching respectively. The original Huangdi Neijing is the source of China's health preservation. In Huangdi Neijing, this core idea of Taoism, such as Yin-Yang and Five Elements, is fully embodied. I have compiled the Taoist Five Elements Theory here for your reference. I hope you get something from reading!

According to the introduction of Taoist Five Elements Theory, Yin and Yang are the laws of mutual opposition and mutual growth and decline. One yin and one yang is the Tao? Everything is nothing more than yin and yang. Motion and stillness, heaven and earth, sun and moon, men and women, women and men can all be classified as yin and yang.

The earliest universe was chaotic. At that time, the earth was like the yolk of an egg, and the atmosphere was wrapped outside like egg white. Later, when chaos first opened, Gan Kun began to drink, and heaven and earth separated. The so-called clear person rises, turbid person sinks, so dry Kun Li, Yin and Yang become. As the saying goes, Tai Chi gives birth to two instruments (Yin and Yang), two instruments give birth to four images (Shaoyin, Shaoyang, Taiyin and Sun), and four images give birth to eight diagrams (Gan, Kun, Li, Kan, Xun, Truth, Roots and Society), and a series of relationships arise from this.

The five elements are also the core idea of Taoism, that is, Jin Mu's fire, water, earth and gold, which represent the properties of solids, such as earth. Wood, representing the expression of hair growth, such as vegetation, has strong vitality. Water represents the nature of frozen reservoirs. Fire represents the power of hair growth. Soil is the foundation of everything. The five elements, like Yin and Yang, are one of the important thoughts of Taoism, which are used in astronomy to explain the codes of the five stars in the celestial solar system. Used in geography to explain the five directions of east, west, north and south; Meteorology is used to explain the state of the four seasons; Used in medicine, that is, wood represents the liver, which has the effect of hair growth; Gold represents the lungs and represents firmness; Water represents kidney, large intestine and small intestine, indicating hiding; Fire represents the heart and has the effect of hair growth; Soil represents the spleen and stomach, which is neutral. The five elements also complement each other. Golden water, aquatic wood, wood fire, fire earth, earth gold. It seems reasonable to find an object to see whether the five elements of both sides are consistent before.

Knowing the truth that the five elements are mutually reinforcing, we can understand that Chinese medicine is not the cause of headache and foot pain. For example, if a person has a cold and coughs, there must be something wrong with his lungs. Because the lung belongs to gold, we must find ways to increase the strength of gold. Because the primary gold can start from supporting the soil, which belongs to the spleen and stomach, if you want to treat a cold and cough, you should regulate the spleen and stomach at the same time, taking into account the kidney water and the large intestine.

In fact, if there is something wrong with the gold (lung), it will definitely bring trouble to the soil and water. Therefore, if there is something wrong with the lungs, the stomach gas will be uncomfortable and the kidney gas will be affected. Because Chinese medicine understands the relationship between the five elements, it can achieve the effect of treatment by treating a headache and a foot in the opposite way.

There is also the concept of heavenly stems and earthly branches, which is also an important thought of Taoism. They interact with yin and yang and the five elements, and have an impact on all things in nature.

There are ten days of work: a, b, c, d, e, g, n, n; There are twelve earthly branches, that is, ugly son Yin Mao Tatsumi failed to confess at noon. The twelve earthly branches represent the earth's own energy and interact with the heavenly stems to form the law of the change of heaven and earth. The twelve earthly branches represent twelve months in a year, twelve hours in a day, and twelve different times. Twelve earthly branches cooperate with ten-day work, which circulates once every sixty years, and is called sixty-one Jiazi.

Taoist Five Elements (1)

Escape means that when people are in danger, they use magical spells to escape. What are the famous escapes in ancient times? Five elements dodge? , is the basic training course of Taoist spells. ? Five elements? In other words, Jin Mu's fire, water and earth were one of the most popular concepts in ancient China, and many mysterious spells were combined with the concepts of five elements. Taoist priests who have just entered the Tao to practice dharma should choose one of the five elements to practice dharma. After practice, it has a magical escape function. The ancient book describes it like this:

Golden dodge: seventh level spell. In case of danger, touch metal objects and immediately flee to places with metal objects within 300 miles of Fiona Fang. It is said that it can only be used once a day. Life is dying after use, and it can't resist any attack. Although seriously injured people can escape by using this technology, they will also die immediately.

During the golden escape, you started to burn incense during the Lunar New Year, shut your mouth, put your tongue on your palate and recite spells. West, too subtle and too real, should be transformed into lung qi through six fu organs. Look at the supreme, look at the abdomen, save my life and use it as a fairy. As urgent as the law! ?

Wood dodge: sixth level spell. When in danger, touch the trees, and immediately flee to a place with trees within 300 miles from Fiona Fang, and then come out. You can only use it once a day. You must touch the living tree.

Water escape: the fourth-level spell, relatively low-level escape. People who escape from the water can jump into the water and immediately flee to any place with water within 0/00 mile of Fiona Fang/Kloc. You can only use it once a day. If you don't get out of the water for three days, you will be trapped in the water forever and become an aquarium, which can't restore your human form.

Eighth-level spell. If you are caught in a fire, you can escape from any burning place within 300 miles of Fiona Fang. You can only use it once a day. When entering or leaving the fire, you will be burned by the flame, which may lead to death. If you don't escape from the fire for three days, you will return to the original place and die in the fire.

The most commonly used spell. The ancient novel Romance of the Gods describes the magic of various evasive techniques, among which the earth evasive technique is the most common. Yang Jian couldn't beat his opponent, so he lifted a handful of dirt into the air, read a spell and disappeared. Jiang Ziya, Jing Li, Nezha and so on. Will use this soil to dodge. Tu Sunhang's name is related to Tu Dun. He used Tu Dun's advanced magic. He can go underground and walk thousands of miles a day.

In folk magic, there is also a simple five-element evasion method, that is, burning symbols to take. There are gold evasion, wood evasion, water evasion, fire evasion and earth evasion. In case of danger, according to the local environment and objects at that time, you can take a symbol urgently, and you can implement an escape technique to escape from the predicament.

(2) Hiding technology

Invisible, that is, invisible or hidden. Invisibility in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period has been recorded in the history books of the Han Dynasty. Liu Xiang's Biography of Lienv records that Zhong Lichun once performed seclusion for Qi Xuanwang at a banquet in Qi Xuanwang. Zhong Lichun said? I like the art of running away, okay? . Qi Xuanwang said? Invisibility is what I always want to see. Would you please perform? . The words sound just fell and Zhong Lichun's body suddenly disappeared, and Qi Xuanwang could not help applauding. This is an escape: escape.

Is it in Taoism? Jiudun? , is one of the Taoist achievement method, also known as? Jiugong invisibility? . ? Nine meals? , that is, Jiugong dun, how many? Five elements of Tibetan art? More advanced secret achievement method. In the Song Dynasty, Yun Qi Qian recorded that Jiugong had seclusion and reform. "Taoism? Seven steps of dust removal technology? God's door has such an invisible secret:? Jiugong dun, gossip line; There's nothing to rely on. It's too hidden. If all kinds of techniques are successful, you will get carried away and the world will be empty. Change is beautiful. (4)?

Daoism is a collection of Taoist spells, mainly used for divination and prediction, but it includes many invisible contents. "Once"? Is it mentioned in the preface of the biography of alchemy? Armored dodge? Tang Lixian's note: hide from the armor, push the yin and hide. ? The general sequence of the great escape of armor is the first one in the great escape of armor. The ancient methods of escape, hiding and seclusion. ? The Monkey King in The Journey to the West is good at using seclusion. When fighting monsters, he will suddenly become invisible and stand behind his opponent in a twinkling, caught off guard. The Monkey King also used seclusion to enter the monster's cave for reconnaissance. He can see the monster, but the monster can't see him

For centuries, there have been records about human invisibility. Magicians in ancient Europe used herbs and rituals to pursue invisibility. In India, the apprentices of Raja Yoga learn from their teachers how to acquire supernatural powers, such as making themselves invisible. One of the yoga masters can be invisible, and the apprentice can't see his body after invisibility. There is a case in Ventura, California, USA, which records in detail a housewife sitting on the sofa and not seeing anyone for ten minutes. Her husband looked around the house, but he couldn't see her. But she can see her husband.

(3) treatment

Handling is an evasion, that is, objects in another space can be transported to this space instantly without hands or tools, and objects in this space can also be transported to another space instantly. The monsters in The Journey to the West can carry a house in the wild and lure the Tang Priest and his party in. The Monkey King can carry floods and drown monsters' caves. Ancient about? Laoshan Taoist? In the novel, Taoist priests draw wine on the wall to get wine, and they can also drink it. Draw another woman, turn it into a real woman singing and dancing, and add wine to the fun of Taoist priests. These are all handling techniques. The novel also describes that the little Taoist learned the skill of piercing the wall from the old Taoist. Crossing the wall can also be regarded as one of the evasive skills, that is, carrying yourself to the other side of the wall. Taoism Taoism has five ghosts, also known as? Five ghosts transport money? , is a secret method of seeking money. It uses magic to drive away the five ghosts, helps to transport money, and carries Qian Bao from other places to itself. Practitioners of this method are mostly Feng Shui masters, who can summon money-making ghosts and the three realms of the dead from the east, west, north and south, and summon them to dispatch money and treasure under the pressure of magic and power.

? Five ghosts transport money? It is common in China's old novels, which often describe five little devils who take people's property without opening the door or smashing boxes. In modern economics, the behavior of an empty-handed white wolf is also called "five ghosts handling". If banks point to issuing more money to stimulate the economy, such as the United States printing more dollars during the financial crisis, the media often call it a display? Five ghosts treatment? .

Some practitioners use it hard, forcing the five ghosts to act. Some practitioners meet ghosts in a friendly way and help transport wealth. The latter is beneficial to both legislators and wealth seekers, while the former is very dangerous if enforced. Once the Five Ghosts break the law, it will bring harm to those who seek money, or let those who seek money escape again. Taoism believes that people who have partial wealth in life can add wings to tigers in this way, and money will come like an avalanche and cannot be stopped! Those who get rich impartially should not covet big money. Wealth varies from person to person. Ordinary people, if they learn the Five Ghosts' Method of Wealth Transportation, can make small money continuously, and often have unexpected surprises. But the money can't be too big, too big, I'm afraid I can't afford it, but I'll suffer. When practicing the Five Ghosts to transport wealth, people who practice dharma should do more good deeds and accumulate virtue. People who seek wealth should do more good deeds and accumulate virtue after they get the property, and pay back the merits to the five ghosts, so that they can be freed as soon as possible. People with moral corruption can make a lot of money by escaping, but they are bound to be in danger and often encounter unexpected troubles.

Compared with the above three escape techniques, the escape technique demonstrated by Yang Degui is closer to the handling technique, especially similar to the five ghosts' fortune-transporting technique. First, both belong to Taoist spells; Second, both of them mainly carry money and treasure; Third, both of them use magic as the main means; Fourth, both of them have strict requirements for practitioners and wealth seekers to do good deeds and accumulate virtue, and so on.
