Today is the first time to make matcha cake. The cake is sticky in the middle, burnt at the bottom and deformed and cracked at the top. Please explain why.
The temperature of the upper and lower heating tubes is too high and the baking time is not enough. Solution: reduce the furnace temperature, cover with tin foil after coloring and prolong the baking time. The appropriate temperature of each oven should be constantly pondered by yourself. I use cousse oven, 6-inch round cake, upper and lower fire 150, bake for 40-50 minutes, for reference only!
