I'm Po, and I started to lose weight on May 24th! My weight174,75 kg, haha, so heavy! !

Now I weigh 65.5 kg, and I have lost almost 20 kg for more than a month! !

My method of losing weight is actually very simple.

Morning: a boiled egg and a glass of skim milk.

If you are hungry in the morning, eat a tomato.

Noon: a small bowl of rice or no rice, some vegetables (don't eat if you are not hungry))

I sometimes eat cucumbers and sometimes drink water in the afternoon.

Evening: Generally, just eat a few eloquences.

Sometimes I just buy a watermelon and eat half of it.

Drink plenty of water every day, preferably oolong tea, which is very effective for your detoxification and can make you normal every day BB:)

Then after dinner in the evening, I usually go out for a walk 1 hour or so, that is, an ordinary walk (1 hour -2 hours).

Do some small exercises to reduce legs and stomach in bed before going to bed at night *** 10 minutes! ! ! ! !
