The gas source of this project is Wu Huai Branch of West-East Gas Transmission Project, and the access point is Huangchuan Offtake Station, with a total length of 679 kilometers. It is divided into two construction stages: the southern line project and the northern line project. The southern line project is the first phase project, with a total length of 492 kilometers. Starting from Huangchuan, it can cover Huangchuan, Guangshan, Xinxian, Shangcheng, Gushi and Pingqiao. The Northern Line Project, Huaibin Port Terminal LNG Inland River Receiving Station and LNG Comprehensive Utilization Project are the second phase of the project, which will be constructed in cooperation with PetroChina Kunlun Energy Co., Ltd., and the gas source is Huangchuan Offtake Station and Huaibin Terminal LNG Receiving Station of Wu Huai Branch of West-East Gas Transmission Project, with a total length of 187km, starting from Huangchuan Offtake Station and Huaibin Port respectively, covering Huaibin, Gushi, Xixian, Luoshan and Minggang towns, and undertaking After commissioning, the gas transmission capacity will reach 65.438+0.85 billion cubic meters, covering more than 80% of counties, industrial parks, key towns and other towns along the line, benefiting 6.2 million people.

The long-distance natural gas pipeline project around Xinyang City is a key livelihood project approved by Xinyang Municipal Government, and Xinyang Min 'an Gas Group Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction and operation.
