However, no matter how many years you have worked in this industry and how much time you have spent, if you just muddle along, you will not learn from this industry and you will fail. Don't underestimate yourself.

Why you can't find a sense of accomplishment in your work is related to the one-sided evaluation of the flight attendant industry by the outside world. Everyone should realize that the feeling of being tired of flying is often due to lack of self-confidence. When a person lacks self-confidence, looks down on himself and thinks that he is inferior to others, it is obviously passive to do work.

A senior flight attendant around me will be 50 years old this year. She accomplished as much practical work in the flight as a young stewardess. When delivering water, her gentle expression makes people who have seen it unforgettable; She bent down to pick up the toothpick on the carpet, gently sorted out the newspaper that the passenger had slipped, and returned it to the passenger. She looks very young. She once said, "Your quality is shown in everything you do, and your value is also reflected." The devotion to work does not lie in the dignity of the work itself. Doing the same thing, some people think it is meaningless, others think it is meaningful, and there is a world of difference. Life is not long. No matter what makes you join the flight attendant business, if you are 100% enthusiastic about your work, the fun of your work will take the initiative to find you and make you young and happy. As long as you build up your self-confidence and keep building up your self-confidence in excellent performance, you will find that you can do it so well. Maintain your professional image.

Have you ever found that among the passengers, one of your eyes, the way you look at your shoes when you talk, the way you shrug your shoulders, or an unnatural smile, an unenthusiastic pass, or even inappropriate clothes are unconsciously sending a negative signal to the passengers around you. Maybe you haven't realized that all these will form our "silent language"-your "professional image".

There is a proverb in India, an ancient civilization: sowing behavior, harvesting habits; Sowing habits, harvesting character; Sow character and reap fate. For flight attendants, bad behavior leads to poor professional image and can not be respected by passengers, so they will eventually be left out by passengers. Some flight attendants will say, "The environment is not good, like a big dye vat." We can't choose our own destiny, but it is not fixed. We can't choose our origins, nor can we change our environment. But have you noticed that thoughts, we can control our thoughts and make them change? Milu, former coach of China football team, said: "Attitude is everything." Your attitude is determined by your thoughts. A stewardess who loves her career will give full play to her talents in her work; Give passengers sincere care and help, and passengers will repay them with more support.

The quality of a career depends on what attitude we take towards it, not on itself.

My major now is art design (flight attendant direction), mainly for flight attendants. Flight attendant refers to the service personnel who are engaged in serving passengers on aviation planes, also known as "flight attendants". Flight attendants include male flight attendants and female flight attendants; Flight attendants refer to unmarried female flight attendants, and married female flight attendants are called empty wives. Empty elder brother (empty less) is usually divided into three types:

1, full-time flight attendants, epaulettes are generally bars;

2. The flight attendant is a part-time security officer, and the epaulettes are generally two bars;

3, full-time air safety officer, epaulettes are generally two bars.

China is considered as a country with the fastest development and the greatest development potential in the civil aviation industry. In the next 20 years, China will need 2,400 new aircraft to become the second largest aviation market in the world if it wants to develop from a big civil aviation country to a strong civil aviation country. The International Airport Association also indicated that China has become the country with the fastest growth in the number of airports in the world. With the gradual relaxation of China Civil Aviation's policy of opening China routes to foreign airlines this year, many foreign airlines have opened China routes, and the demand for flight attendants in China is increasing. At the same time, because a considerable number of crew members are reduced every year, a large number of professionals are needed to replenish them quickly. All these factors make the demand for civil aviation professionals on the rise.

Before a new flight attendant takes up his post, he usually goes through four training stages. First, the military training stage: according to the requirements of soldiers, strict training, exercise the spirit of hard work, cultivate a good work style and life order, and lay a solid foundation for being a qualified flight attendant. The second is the theoretical study stage, which lasts about one month. I mainly study English, aviation theory and aviation technology knowledge, aviation meteorology, fitness, aerobics and so on. The third is the practical stage (professional training), which lasts for one and a half months. Mainly cabin service, all kinds of teaching, first aid and so on. Fourth, ideological and political education, mainly current affairs and political education. Flight attendants have limited space on the plane, monotonous service, repeated take-off and landing on domestic routes, and high labor intensity and long time on international routes. You may have heard of some passengers' quality problems, so flight attendants are required to have certain patience and psychological endurance.

The career of flight attendants can be divided into four stages: chief flight attendant, cabin flight attendant, regional flight attendant and chief flight attendant. Ordinary students can serve as flight attendants in ordinary cabins after completing the corresponding business training. With the increase of flight hours and the improvement of personal qualifications, you can be promoted to cabin/first class flight attendant through corresponding assessment. After the expiration of the first-class flight attendant assessment, they can serve as regional flight attendants. Excellent regional flight attendants can serve as chief flight attendants after strict assessment by the assessment Committee, and can independently lead the class to perform international flight tasks.

There is still a big gap from the goal, English has not yet reached the requirements, comprehensive quality needs to be strengthened, knowledge is too narrow, and social skills need to be improved regardless of current events or social phenomena.

(2) Obtain relevant skill certificates. Obtained CET-4 certificate of English major, foreign secretary grade certificate, tour guide certificate, etc.

(3) Actively participate in activities organized inside and outside the school and increase their own communication. Actively participate in class and school activities and strive to join the party.

(4) Pay attention to relevant employment policies and employment trends.

(5) Continue to participate in recruitment interviews of airlines.

Five years after graduating from college.

(1) Find a stable job with a certain income and certain challenges, and it is best to fulfill your dream of being an empty sister.

(2) Keep learning at work, master skills, improve family economic conditions, and have certain economic independence.

In order to effectively implement the action plan, I will ask teachers and students to guide and supervise, and conduct self-evaluation regularly. Aviation is a service job, which requires high service awareness and good service attitude. These are my strengths, so I believe I can achieve my goals and realize my dreams.

I have made my own career plan at this stage, but I am limited by my immature thinking at this stage. There may be some changes in my career choice, career route and life goals in the future. I will constantly sum up experiences and lessons in my future work and study, make myself mature, make my planning and design closer to reality and lay a good foundation.
