Ding Dong people's livelihood is intensively guaranteed, and basic livelihood commodities such as vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry and eggs are made into combined packages, which are delivered to the community at regular fixed points every day.

Ding Dong also actively cooperated with the Shanghai municipal government departments to provide "guaranteed supply packages" for residents in Songjiang, Jiading and Fengxian, providing 2,000 packages every day.
