Dried tangerine peel can be bought in pharmacies or supermarkets, or you can make it yourself this season. After eating oranges every time, spread the orange peel in a ventilated place and air-dry it naturally until the orange peel can be easily broken. You can also put the dried tangerine peel in the middle layer of the oven, bake it for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 140 degrees, and take it out after thorough cooling.
The practice is as follows:
Ingredients: dried hawthorn 15g, dried lotus leaf 10g, dried tangerine peel 10g, 700ml of clean water and honey at will.
1. Soak hawthorn, lotus leaf and dried tangerine peel in clear water for 2 minutes, and then rinse with clear water.
2. Pour clean water into the pot, add dried hawthorn, lotus leaves and dried tangerine peel, boil over high fire, and then turn off the fire 10 minute.
3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then pour the boiled tea into the pot with a strainer.
4. When the temperature of tea drops to about 50℃, add appropriate amount of honey according to the taste, and drink after stirring evenly.
