It is true that your chat record is too long (I suggest you use winrar to compress and back up that file (it may be only 30M after compression), and then) delete it (QQ will re-create the file when logging in to QQ again, so don't worry).

Otherwise, you can delete all the chat records, (I guess you won't do that either)
