I practiced this yesterday, and I feel that the amount of exercise is too small. I wonder if I should increase my exercise and do some aerobic exercise that can sweat. The simplest thing is running. But we need time and space. I just run and jump in the same place, just like when I was a child (my little daughter and I sometimes run and jump together like this, and we call this action "sitting and shaking"), but I do the same place. The arm drives the body and legs to jump, and it feels very elastic. After dancing for less than five minutes, I was panting like an ox and began to sweat. I always feel that I sweat less and am afraid of the cold. It seems that I still don't have enough exercise to stimulate my vitality.
I always feel tired at work. After exercising yesterday morning, I felt full of energy, and I didn't feel tired. I practiced it again in the afternoon. Because the action of running and jumping in place is more elastic and has a greater impact on the knees, I spread a mat on the floor to do it.
I slept very comfortably last night. Wake up a few minutes before the alarm clock goes off in the morning, feeling refreshed and not tired at all. Usually, I always press the alarm clock and go back to sleep. Today, I got up as soon as the alarm clock rang.
Looking in the mirror makes my face brighter. I was ashamed for many days, and finally found myself still that beautiful woman, haha.
I exercised twice again today. Look at yourself in the mirror, your skin is whiter and brighter. My right elbow always hurts from time to time during this time. I put on a lot of pain-relieving moxibustion, but the effect is not great. Today, it didn't hurt once.
Only two days of exercise has such a good effect. Moreover, my exercise method only takes 20 minutes every day, and there is no need for a venue.
