Chang 'an District belongs to Xi City, Shaanxi Province. Located at east longitude108 38 ′ ~10914 ′ north latitude 33 47 ′ in the hinterland of Guanzhong Plain, bordering Qinling Mountains in the south and surrounding Xi 'an city in the west to the south, it has a warm temperate and semi-humid continental monsoon climate.
