Jumping action: the arm swings forward, and the legs jump forward and upward. With the swinging action in the air, the arm is raised above the head, and the trunk is pushed forward to stretch the driving force.
Landing action: Before landing, stretch your legs forward (just like sitting on the ground, but don't make a 90-degree angle with your body), follow the ground with your feet, and let your body move forward to prevent sitting back on the ground from affecting your performance (you can also bend your knees to let your body move forward after landing), and be careful not to carry loads on your arms.
Personal experience, family fighting and long jump skills all come from constant practice. I'm just talking about some routine skills and precautions, which should be decided according to my own situation. More practice will improve them.
