Can confinement be pure milk?
Don't drink pure milk in the early stage of parturient. It is recommended to drink milk two weeks after delivery, because the mother's body resistance is weak in the first two weeks, and indigestion may occur when drinking milk. If the parturient is delivered by caesarean section, it is recommended to drink pure milk after 18 days. You can't drink too cold drinks during confinement. I suggest you heat the milk before drinking, but don't boil it.

It is beneficial for lying-in women to drink more pure milk when they are in confinement, which can supplement calcium, vitamins A, C, calcium and other substances for the body. These substances are beneficial to maternal health and infant development. Vitamin A can make maternal mothers' rough skin smooth and moist, and calcium can effectively help maternal mothers recover from physical trauma caused by postpartum.

The fat contained in milk is difficult to digest, which may increase the burden on the stomach. Therefore, it is best for pregnant women with bad stomachs not to drink or drink less. Maternal diet should pay attention to light, do not eat foods with high salt content, pay attention to diversified diets, and do not eat fried and spicy foods.

The principle of maternal monthly diet

About 42 days after delivery is the key period for the rapid recovery of all tissues in the whole body, which is also called "puerperium" clinically. This period of time is the key period for women's body organs to return to the state before delivery, so we should know how to supplement the body in diet:

1, increase the intake of fish, poultry, eggs, lean meat and seafood.

Suggestion: increase 2-3 ounces of fish, poultry, eggs and lean meat every day, eat more soybeans, eat more iron-rich animal blood and liver, and eat more seafood.

2. Appropriately increase milk intake.

Suggestion: Breast-feeding mothers should consume at least 250ml of milk every day. They can use small fish and shrimp (with bones and shells) to make soup and supplement calcium when necessary.

You can't lack fresh fruits and vegetables every day.

Suggestion: The diet during puerperium and lactation should be diversified, so as to avoid unbalanced food selection and distribution caused by partial eclipse and picky eaters, and fresh vegetables and fruits are indispensable every day.
