What are the standard measurements for middle school students?
After a period of slimming, I found that sometimes weight can deceive us. In fact, what most of us want is not so much to lose weight as to keep fit, because no one wants to weigh 50 kilograms but have the same girth as people who weigh 60 kilograms. Therefore, what we want is not only to lose weight, but also to look good. The two are related, but they can't be completely equal. Especially when it is not very heavy, you should pay attention.

The following is the calculation method of women's standard weight and standard measurements. After calculation, we can do some targeted fitness exercises for dissatisfied parts to make our body more perfect, instead of blindly pursuing thinness.

Women's standard weight (algorithm 1)

45+[ height (cm)-150] x 0.32+ (age -2 1) ÷ 5

Weight algorithm 2

Height-112cm

Perimeter algorithm 1

Chest circumference: height x 0.52

Waist circumference: height x 0.37

Abdominal circumference: height x 0.457

Hip circumference: height x 0.542

Leg circumference: height x 0.26+7.8

Perimeter algorithm 2

Lower body ratio: the navel is the boundary, and the upper and lower body ratio should be 5:8.

Chest circumference: measured under the fu organs along the fullness above the chest, the chest circumference should be 1/2 of the height.

Chest circumference: the standard circumference at the thinnest part of the waist is 20CM smaller than the chest circumference.

Hip circumference: when the pubic bone is parallel to the largest part of the hip in front of the body, the hip circumference should be 4CM larger than the chest circumference.

Leg circumference: the thigh circumference should be less than 10CM when measured at the uppermost part of the thigh and under the hip fold line.

Leg circumference: measured at the most plump part of the leg, the leg circumference should be 20CM smaller than the thigh circumference.

Foot neck circumference: measured at the thinnest part of the foot neck, the foot neck circumference should be smaller than the leg circumference 10CM.

Wrist circumference: measured between the wrist and elbow joint, the wrist circumference should be 5CM smaller than the foot neck circumference.

Upper arm circumference: measured between shoulder joint and elbow joint, upper arm circumference should be equal to 1/2 of thigh circumference.

Neck circumference: measured at the thinnest part of the neck, the neck circumference should be equal to the calf circumference.

Shoulder width: that is, the distance between the two acromions should be equal to 1/2 minus the chest circumference of 4CM.
