My previous weight was 92kg, and it took me more than half a year to reduce it to 75kg. I summed up a few points, hoping to help you.

You don't need to do much exercise, just walk. I walk 4-6 kilometers every day.

4. Eat less and eat more. I feel a little unable to eat any more meat. Eat more vegetables if you think you can.

5. Drink more hot water.

I lost 5kg in the first month, so slow down in the back. You know, the scientific method will not be too fast.
