Teacher Lin didn't mention who was the first person to practice yoga, but when it comes to the outstanding master of yoga at that time, there must be Su Dongpo. Su Shi first started practicing yoga, which was influenced by his younger brother Su Zhe. Su Shi and Su Zhe have a good relationship. The phrase "I wish people a long time, a thousand miles is beautiful" is not addressed to my lover, but to my younger brother Su Zhe. Because Su Zhe was sickly since childhood, he suffered from indigestion in summer and cough in winter, so taking medicine had no effect. But when Su Shi was once relegated, his younger brother, who had not seen him for a long time, went to see him off. Su Shi himself has great interest in "elixir" and "immortality", so he started his yoga practice trip.

Su Shi had a rough life and was demoted many times, but his mentality was super good. When he was demoted to Lingnan, he ate lychee in Huizhou, and immediately got a famous sentence: It is four o'clock in spring in Luofu Mountain, and the oranges and bayberries are new. 300 lychees a day, I will grow up to be a Lingnan person without hesitation. He also writes poems describing his daily listening to the clock and carefree life. Of course, this is to comfort your pain, but it made the then emperor Song Zhezong very angry. He exiled you to a wild place. You are still so cheerful. It seems that Huizhou is quite comfortable! Then continue to downgrade. Su Shi was demoted to Danzhou, Hainan at the age of 6/kloc-0, which was not a holiday. At that time, the natural conditions in Hainan Island were worse than those in Huizhou. Hainan is humid and sultry in summer, foggy and rainy in winter, and everything will be moldy, which is very unsuitable for living. Even so, Su Shi lived a colorful life. For example, our popular seafood and oysters were discovered and popularized by Su Shi.

Su Shi is so talented. In today's words, he is a slash youth. In the Song Dynasty, he and Huang Tingjian were both called "Su Huang". In the uninhibited ci world, he and Xin Qiji are also called "Su Xin"; In prose, he and Ouyang Xiu are called "Ou Su"; In the field of calligraphy, he is the first of "Song Sijia" (Su Shi, Huang Tingjian, Mi Fei, Cai Xiang); In painting, he is the representative of Huzhou Bamboo School. He is also a gourmet, who loves to eat, knows how to eat, writes about eating and creates eating. For example, the well-known Dongpo pork, Dongpo cake and Dongpo tofu were all invented by Su Shi. Su Shi likes eating pork, drinking and drinking tea, such as puffer fish and litchi. He can eat and dare to eat. Remember that sentence: Artemisia sphaerocephala is full of short reed buds, which is when the puffer fish wants to come up. Under difficult conditions, the "pressure" in Make Do makes me feel that Su Shi is a truly happy person.
