Who can make me thin?
I believe you still love food, or you won't get fat. No snacks, no sweet drinks. I am full at 9 noon every day and do nothing at 7 pm. Drink less water occasionally and lose weight 10 kg a week. Don't drink sweet drinks after exercise. I've tried it before, and I can only lose weight with water after exercise. The effect is obvious, but I especially want to drink sweet drinks after exercise.
