Although you can lose weight by controlling your diet, you have no power to lose weight. A thin body looks very fragile. If you don't get enough nutrition, your body function will decline and you will get sick easily.

Letting exercise consume the inexhaustible energy of the body is the best choice to lose weight. Fresh air, pure water and soft moonlight are all essential to lose weight, but vegetables, fruits, meat and staple food are also indispensable nutrients, and no one can do without them.
