Labor law night shift allowance standard stipulates
The night shift allowance is not expressly stipulated in the law, and some places will have relevant documents as follows:

1, for enterprises that implement three-shift production, workers engaged in night shift production and cadres who must follow the production, the standard of night shift allowance is 10 yuan per day; The standard for workers engaged in middle shift production and cadres who must follow the class production is seven yuan.

2, the implementation of two-shift production enterprises, all workers and cadres who must follow the production, enjoy the allowance for the middle shift, the standard is seven yuan;

3, the adjusted standard, the required funds included in the cost:

(1) The middle shift of the three-shift system is subsidized by 5 yuan, and the night shift is subsidized by 6 yuan;

(2) Two-shift night shift allowance 5 yuan;

(three) due to production (work) needs, production (work) time more than 23 ordinary day workers, night shift allowance 5 yuan;

(4) Those who work less than three hours at night (from 8: 00 p.m. to 7: 00 a.m. the next day) will not receive night shift allowance. Enterprises shall, according to their economic benefits, labor and production conditions, etc. , select its specific implementation standards within the scope of the night shift allowance standards determined in these Provisions.

Legal basis: Article 44 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit shall pay the wages higher than the wages of workers during normal working hours according to the following standards:

(1) If the laborer is arranged to work longer hours, he shall be paid no less than 150% of the salary;

(2) If workers are arranged to work on rest days but cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid a salary of not less than 200% of their wages;

(3) If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.
