Exercise for more than 30 minutes every day, which can be gradually increased according to personal physique. It usually takes 30 minutes to drive, such as burning body fat. You can choose brisk walking, jogging, skipping rope, swimming and other aerobic exercises.

In terms of diet, breakfast and Chinese food can be eaten normally, just don't eat too much, and eat as little as possible at dinner. It's best not to eat staple food. You can eat boiled vegetables or apples, yogurt, porridge and so on. Usually change high-calorie food into low-calorie food, and never eat fried, greasy or sweet food.
