2. After opening the image, select the background layer, hold down the left mouse button and drag the background layer to the new layer button to copy the background layer;
3. Then select the copy of the background layer and execute: Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur. Gaussian fuzzy data is determined according to the size of your own image (generally speaking, the larger the image pixels, the larger the fuzzy data), which can be determined according to your own actual situation;
4. Next, click Add Vector Mask at the bottom of the layer panel to add a black vector mask to the background layer (if the newly created vector mask is white, set the foreground color to black, and then use Ctrl+Delete to fill the black color).
5. After adding the mask, click the brush tool in the toolbar and use the brush tool to smear the spots on the picture (be patient, set the brush smaller and smear slowly);
6. After daubing, click the New Fill Layer button at the bottom of the layer panel, select the curve in the pop-up drop-down menu, and brighten the image in the curve adjustment panel. Finally, the beautification and preservation are completed.
