3. Walk five times (our neighborhood is around 400 meters). It takes 15 minutes to get to the subway every morning and 10 minutes to get off the subway every week.

4. Small exercises: more than 20 squats, 40 kicks, 40 stretches, and other things I can't describe in other posts.

5. Do 45-minute yoga exercises 3-4 times a week.

6. Jog for 20 minutes (not every day)
