Don't eat for 2 hours before yoga. I don't eat for 3-4 hours now.
Practice/kloc-take a shower and eat in 0/5 minutes.
Anytime, be quiet. You can also fix a time period by yourself, such as every morning, or every noon or evening.
Watch your breath. Pay attention to the essentials of posture.
