What happens after running 100 days?
What will happen after a person runs 100 days?

Let me talk about some changes in my 100 day running. On August 3rd1day, I just completed the 100 day running challenge and adhered to the running plan of 5 kilometers per day.

Tell me what happened to me:

First, the body becomes stronger.

Without any dietary intervention, such as dieting, the body becomes slim and tight. The stomach accumulated after sitting for a long time is gone, and many colleagues around me tell me that I have lost a lot of weight. I opened my mobile phone photo album in April and compared it. Indeed, the overall proportion is much more symmetrical.

Second, sleeping is more practical.

The quality of sleep is obviously improved, and the number of insomnia is greatly reduced. Specifically, the sleep time is shortened, and you don't have to lie down and wait for sleep.

Moreover, the bracelet data shows that the original 1.5 hours of deep sleep has exceeded 2.5 hours, and the daily deep sleep time is more 1 hour.

Third, individuals are more energetic.

Because there is a running plan every day, all the details of life and work will be planned in advance and completed within the specified time. For example, breakfast, Chinese food and daily 1 hour reading plan.

I think what I have done before needs to be reduced. After all, it takes 5 kilometers to run, and it takes 2 hours to take a shower and wash clothes. However, it was found that it was not implemented, but the choice of some projects was relatively clear.

Work efficiency is much faster, and the whole person's physical strength and energy have been improved.

Fourth, the mentality is positive and optimistic.

The original intention of running is to eliminate troubles and negative emotions. Whenever there are signs of being unhappy and unwilling to move, I immediately put on my sneakers and headphones and ran downstairs.

After a period of persistence, the so-called difficulties in the past no longer become a factor that plagues the mood. I know that I have a clear reaction to possible difficulties and setbacks.

I have my own life and work rhythm. Even if you run into a hurdle that can't be solved that day, you can always find a solution the next day.

Stick to 100 days, and you will see yourself 10 times stronger.

Come on, no accumulation, no mileage; Only real change can really change.
