According to the spirit of building a new talent policy system of "1+ 1+8" issued by Chaozhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Chaozhou Health Bureau is scheduled to open in Guangzhou, Dongguan and Ganzhou from March 18 to 26, in order to strengthen the construction of the health system team in our city, combined with the development of health undertakings and the actual needs of talents in our city.

Second, the recruitment target

The recruitment targets are the 2023 fresh graduates and previous graduates of ordinary colleges and universities (see annex 1-3 for details).

Third, the recruitment qualifications

(1) An applicant shall meet the following basic conditions:

1, with China nationality;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and have good conduct and professional ethics;

3. Professional, academic qualifications and other qualifications required for the recruitment position;

4. Physical and psychological conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

5. (2) Applicants under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

3. Registration requirements: applicants should arrive at the registration place within the specified time according to the requirements of the announcement.

When registering, you need to bring the following information:

(1) Application Form for Public Recruiters in Chaozhou Public Institutions (see Annex 4 for details, please download it yourself, print it on both sides of A4 paper, and fill in the signature with a blue-black pen or a black signature pen);

4. Precautions:

Applicants can only choose one position to apply for, and those who apply for multiple positions will be disqualified.

(2) Applicants apply for the exam according to the Professional Reference Catalogue of Civil Servants in Guangdong Province in 2023 (Annex 5), and their majors should meet the professional requirements of the positions they apply for.

Applicants whose majors are not listed in the professional catalog (without professional codes) can choose similar majors in the professional catalog to apply for the exam. The professional compulsory courses must be basically the same as the professional main courses required by the recruitment position. When registering, the transcripts of the professional courses (which must be stamped by the Academic Affairs Office), the course comparison notes issued by colleges and universities, and the basis for the professional setting of graduate schools should be provided.

When applying for similar majors, people with foreign academic degrees must provide transcripts of their own professional courses issued by colleges and universities, translated transcripts issued by third-party professional institutions and other materials. In official website, regular universities in China look for the curriculum of their applied majors, compare the corresponding courses with their own professional courses, and issue a written explanation (the website link and screenshot are attached at the end of the article, and you need to sign by hand), and at the same time issue a letter of commitment to ensure that the above contents are true and effective.

(3) Implement the requirements of avoidance regulations.

(3) Qualification examination

According to the corresponding qualification requirements of the recruitment position, each recruitment unit conducts qualification examination on the information provided by the candidates (including academic qualifications, degrees, achievements, awards and other achievements), and those who meet the requirements are determined as interviewees.

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process.

Candidates should ensure that all the information provided is true and valid, and the submitted materials must be clear. Those who register with false information and provide false materials will be disqualified from the examination and employment once verified.

(4) Organizing examinations

This recruitment is conducted by interview. The interview will comprehensively evaluate the basic quality and professional quality and potential of the candidates to meet the professional requirements of the post. After the interview, score and grade on the spot, and the results will be announced to the candidates on the spot.

According to the interview situation of candidates, the physical examination object of this position is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 from high to low. If the interview results are the same, the ranking shall be determined according to the ranking given by the interview chief judge. If the results are still the same, an interview will be organized separately.

The interview score is calculated as 100, and the finalist score is 60 points. Those who are lower than the finalist score are considered unqualified.

The interview time and place will be notified separately by the recruiting unit. Candidates should attend the interview at the designated place as scheduled. Those who fail to attend the interview on time or leave the examination room without authorization are deemed to have given up the examination.

(5) Physical examination

According to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (for Trial Implementation) (Ren Yue Shefa [2065438+00] No.382), all recruiting units organize physical examination of the persons to be hired, and those who pass the physical examination enter the inspection procedure.

Those who do not participate in the medical examination according to the regulations will be given up automatically.

The specific time of physical examination and related matters will be notified separately by the recruiting unit.

(6) Investigation

According to the requirements of Detailed Rules for the Investigation of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Institutions (Trial) (Ren Yue Shefa [2065438+00] No.276), all recruiting units organize an investigation on the political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, law-abiding, study or work performance of qualified personnel.

(7) Publicity

According to the results of interview, physical examination and investigation, the candidates to be hired are determined.

It will be publicized on the website of Chaozhou Municipal Government, the website of Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (zwgk/szfgz/srlzy/) and the website of Municipal Health Bureau (zwgk/szfgz/swsjhsy/) for 7 working days.

(8) Handling employment procedures.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

Applicants must bring all their certificates to the corresponding recruitment unit within the agreed time limit, and the recruitment unit must confirm that the employee files are in place before going through the recruitment procedures.

Those who fail to go through the recruitment procedures within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
