Are Jiaduobao and Wang Laoji a family?
Wang Laoji used to be a trademark of GPHL. GPHL had no energy to produce herbal tea, so it rented this trademark to Hongdao Group, which produced herbal tea, that is, Wang Laoji herbal tea. Therefore, all the Wang Laoji we bought before were produced by Hongdao Group, but the trademark of GPHL was called Wang Laoji. Later, Wang Laoji became more and more popular, and Guangyao withdrew, so he withdrew the trademark of Wang Laoji and prevented Hongdao Group from using the trademark of Wang Laoji. So Hongdao Group couldn't help it. The herbal tea it produces can't be named after Wang Laoji, so it has to be renamed Jiaduobao.

The ownership of Wang Laoji brand belongs to the state-owned enterprise Guangyao. Before the early launch of the brand Wang Laoji, its owner Guangyao sold the right to use the brand to Jiaduobao.

After more than ten years of hard work, Jiaduobao made the brand Wang Laoji famous, so Guangyao began to envy the brand value of Wang Laoji and regained the right to use the brand Wang Laoji through legal channels. Jiaduobao has no choice but to re-launch its own brand-Jiaduobao.

To put it simply, the products on the market: now Jiaduobao is the Wang Laoji you used to drink, and now Wang Laoji is not the Wang Laoji you used to drink.
