Let's talk about my personal experience. I usually run more, especially in the last year or so. Basically, it's more than 1 hour every time, but I haven't lost weight (of course, I don't run to lose weight), so I come to the conclusion that if I want to lose weight by running, I must control my mouth and eat as much as I run. Like me, I hardly control my diet and often have a drink after running. It is absolutely impossible to lose weight.
For example, a score above 30 and a score above 1 hour are not necessarily scientific, but some words are reasonable, such as "shut up and take your legs", and both are indispensable.
