When pushing the lower abdomen, the palms start from the breast roots of the ribs and are pushed to the lower abdomen from top to bottom. Hard palm root, push repeatedly.
Efficacy:
Both sides are places where liver qi is easy to stagnate. Regular massage and less abdomen can soothe the liver and regulate qi, and solve indigestion caused by emotional problems.
"Mofa" is a massage technique in which the abdomen or palm moves in a circular motion on a certain part of the body.

When rubbing the abdomen, palms overlap from the chest to the lower abdomen.
Then the palms are separated, rubbed to both sides along the groin, and then up along the ribs, reaching the chest through the breast root. Repeat dozens of times according to the circular path.
Massage can just stimulate Zhongwan point. It is located at the midpoint of the connecting line between the lower sternum and the navel, or 4 inches above the navel.
You can also do it with abdominal breathing. When massaging upwards, inhale with the trend; When you massage down, exhale with the trend. Breathing is based on not holding your breath.
Efficacy:
Zhongwan point has the functions of invigorating stomach, promoting digestion, soothing liver and nourishing stomach. People with a bad stomach can press it often.
Regular practice of abdominal breathing will relieve the symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and make life easier.
Friction abdomen
Action:
1. Rub the thenar side of both palms back and forth along the breast root at a slightly faster speed, about 3 times per second. It's best to feel a little warm in this area.
2. Press your palms clockwise on both sides of your abdomen (as shown above) at a gentle speed of about 30 times, and feel warm and comfortable on both sides of your abdomen.
3. From the top of the ribs, push down obliquely to the bottom of the navel, about 30 times, with deep force.
Efficacy:
Rubbing ribs is helpful to the qi and blood circulation of liver meridian, and can also stimulate Dabao and Zhangmen points in ribs. Dabao point is 6 inches below the armpit (4 horizontal fingers is 3 inches) and on the midline of the armpit; Zhangmen point is in the lateral abdomen, above 12 rib.
Rubbing two points is beneficial to strengthening the spleen and regulating qi, soothing the liver and relieving depression, and harmonizing the liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach.

All patients with malignant tumor, visceral hemorrhage, abdominal infection and pregnant women should not practice this operation.
Five types of people are not suitable for rubbing their stomachs.
When you are full or hungry, pregnant women, menstruating women, people with skin diseases, and people with tumors, infections or bleeding in the abdominal cavity are not suitable for rubbing the abdomen.

Rubbing the abdomen from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine
Chinese medicine believes that "the back is yang and the abdomen is yin."
