Win 10 (full name: Windows 10) is an operating system developed by Microsoft. Microsoft held a new product launch conference in San Francisco in the early morning of June 20 14, Beijing time, and officially demonstrated its new generation operating system Windows 1 0, covering all platforms such as mobile phones, tablets, desktops and Xbox One.
Improvement of Win 10 system
1. Add tags to the document browser
Adding a tab interface in the file browser allows Windows 10 users to switch between different tabs without opening multiple folders, which also makes the desktop look more concise. Some third-party solutions now provide similar functionality, including browsing two tab folders side by side in a single window.
2. Make Windows Update a one-stop solution for drivers.
This is also a simple requirement. Microsoft has added many OEM drivers to its Windows Update, but you still need to upgrade the drivers from relevant pages frequently. This is obviously very inconvenient for users. Now many PC manufacturers have provided their own separate upgrade tools. Microsoft should simplify these cumbersome upgrade methods and make Windows Update a one-stop solution for all PC drivers.

Although some people may not know what a Persian calendar is, it is obvious that many users want this function. On Uservoice, 983 users voted to add Windows 10 to this feature.
Bring back aviation glass
Seeing that Apple has brought some transparency to OS X Yosemite, some Windows users also want Aero Glass to return. Microsoft added this feature for the first time in Windows Vista, but removed most window transparency effects in Windows 8. According to user feedback, millions of PC users have enough machine configurations to handle Aero Glass. Microsoft has added some shadow effects to the technical preview version of Windows 10, so there are signs that the UI of Windows may change greatly before it is officially released.
5. Redesign and replace all window icons.
Years ago, Windows users wanted Microsoft to redesign their old icons. Although recent versions of Windows have been upgraded in this respect, there are still many icons that have not changed in more than 20 years.
6. Better Notepad application
Basic notepad. Exe application in Windows has not changed for many years. Notepad is as simple as ever, compared with adjusting drawing with ribbons and interfaces. Although there are tablets as an alternative, some users still think that the default Notepad application should be better. At present, Unix line endings are not supported, double-click word selection is incoherent, and there are some problems with the undo function. Compared with those excellent third-party note-taking applications, Microsoft really needs to upgrade Notepad.
7. Free for all
Free is always good, and some Windows users don't want to pay for the next version of Windows. But the problem is that Windows is still bringing huge benefits to Microsoft. Although they have exempted the licensing fee for small-sized tablets, this strategy may not be expanded in a short time. However, Microsoft may indeed make Windows 10 free for Windows 7 and Windows 8 users, which should effectively prevent Windows 7 from becoming the next Windows XP.
8. Keep everything fixed on the start screen.
The start screen of Windows 8 can repair Metro applications, traditional desktop applications and IE browser bookmarks. But if you want to repair a document, it is still impossible. If users can fix anything on the start screen, this interface will definitely become more practical.
9. Specify the audio output mode of the program.
In Windows Vista, Microsoft optimized audio management, allowing users to control the volume of each application individually. But users are not satisfied with this. Some people also want to be able to specify audio output methods for different applications. For example, through setting, you can play the prompt sound of the system through the speaker and play music on the earphone at the same time. Although this function may not be widely used, in some circumstances, especially in the office, you may want audio to remind team members, but at the same time, your favorite music is limited to headphones.
10. Integrated PC settings and control panel
This is what Windows 8 users always want Microsoft to do, but even in the preview version of Windows 10, PC settings and traditional control panels still exist in different fields. For many years, Microsoft has been trying to slim down the control panel with a simple UI, but there are still some setting options that do not exist in the new PC setting application. The separation of the two settings interfaces will obviously confuse users, which is exactly the problem that Microsoft needs to solve in Windows 10.
