My annual plan is mainly for physical and mental health and self-improvement. According to my personal situation, if I have the goals of family finance, marriage preparation and career promotion, I can actually join as a plate.
1. Health status?
Regular comprehensive physical examination
A comprehensive physical examination found a problem last year. Because I found it in time, I had an operation and recovered well. It is precisely because of this that I pay more attention to the importance and necessity of physical examination. In particular, many people are now in a sub-health state, coupled with heavy work pressure and bad living habits, physical overload is inevitable. Regular physical examination, timely detection of problems and early treatment can avoid greater physical pain and more medical expenses in the future.
Conventional exercise
I lost more than ten kilograms, and now I have maintained my weight for several years. At this stage, I hope to improve my energy and keep healthy through exercise. It would be better if we can shape and correct our posture on this basis. Every day, I set sports goals. I tried this method once, and I stuck to it well when I was a student. But after work, I admit that such a requirement is really difficult to achieve. So I exercise 2-3 times a week instead, and then increase or decrease the exercise content according to the situation of going out on weekends.
Abstain from milk and reduce sugar
I am acne muscle. After more than a year of practice, not drinking milk and reducing sugar intake really help to relieve acne. In fact, when you go to see a dermatologist, the doctor will also tell you to reduce your intake of dairy products and desserts. Therefore, in the new year, as an important part of living habits, this also needs to be adhered to.
Try to keep 7 hours of sleep.
I won't elaborate on the dangers of staying up late. That series of injuries is a vicious circle. On days when you don't need to stay up late, go to bed as early as possible to ensure adequate sleep, and many health problems can be improved.
Pay attention to your emotional changes.
Last year, there was an emotional breakdown. After seeing the doctor, I felt a little relieved, only slightly depressed. After getting to know myself better, I became more sensitive to the change of my mood. When I was faced with stress and anxiety, I quickly realized my emotional reaction and eased it in time, which really avoided the deterioration of my bad mood to some extent. Emotions are difficult to control, and only by feeling and accepting can we get along better.
2. Skills expansion
Organize existing skills
Due to work experience and self-study experience, the existing skills such as new media, English, Japanese, light food and copywriting are different at different levels and stages. Sorting out my existing skills is based on the following considerations: Will these skills help me find a job/change my job/change my career/raise my salary? How will these skills help my future development? Are there any skills that can be achieved?
Choose 1-2 skills for diligence.
It is almost impossible for a work team to do all the skills. However, it is feasible in time and energy to choose 1-2 skills for further study. I will consider it from two angles: is it something I am interested in and can study for a long time? Is it valuable? (Is it helpful to make money?)
Learn a new skill
The meaning of skill updating is to give me more choices and opportunities. This year's goal is to learn wedding planning, and has already begun to act! I think the choice of skills should meet at least one direction: either to satisfy one's own interests and bring psychological satisfaction; Or you can make money.
Improve yourself.
Look at dry goods and books in the industry
Reading is an indispensable part of daily life. I used to be greedy in reading, and I set dozens or hundreds of goals every year. In fact, there is not much useful content. Nowadays, it is more and more certain that the quality of reading is far more important than the quantity. Of course, pre-screening and homework must be done.
Meet friends regularly.
This is not only eating, drinking and having fun with friends, but also high-quality chat and information exchange. The emergence of new ideas, the establishment of new relationships, and the discovery of self-imperceptible problems often occur during meals. This is also a good way for a good friendship to benefit each other and grow together.
Know new friends
The key point is to meet new friends of different ages, industries and abilities. As long as this person is better than me in one or several aspects, I will be very interested in getting to know ta. A truly studious person will never miss the opportunity to meet outstanding people except reading books.
Cross-border
The so-called horizontal is actually the transformation of the industry. So far, I have experience and understanding in new media, education and training, catering industry, and then I will have experience in wedding industry. I know that I am not a craftsman, and it is difficult to choose a deep, precise and lifelong road, so I choose to broaden the road. Sometimes, just having information can lead to opportunities.
Establish a personal knowledge system
Because there are too many things to learn, the knowledge system is just needed. Part of the content has begun to be combed with ideas as a framework, and it is still being familiar with and adjusted. A clear knowledge system is more conducive to the transfer of knowledge and easier to output and share.

Go home more often and be patient.
I can't work hard and make progress every day for 365 years. Going home to spend time with parents is also a kind of relaxation. It's just that I was always impatient and uncooperative before, and I gradually realized that my parents actually didn't ask for anything. They just want to meet me, talk to me and have a few meals, and I will consciously control my temper.
