Chinese cabbage is mainly made of leaves (a small amount of Chinese cabbage). It is boiled without oil or salt, but you can put a little pepper or peeled ginger in moderation. Eat every day when you are hungry. Eat for three days. Cabbage should be cooked a little badly. On the third day, you should start drinking some soup. Although it is not delicious, you won't be hungry if you insist on being king. It can clear the intestines and detoxify without hurting the body.

You can't put salt in it. If you are short of salt, you can get up in the morning and have a cup of light salt water.

You must also drink soup. Try a little first, and you can add more when you get used to it.
