There is no such thing as having the best of both worlds in life. You have to keep your mouth shut. Of course, keeping your mouth shut does not mean not eating, but eating reasonably and scientifically.
1. Eat regularly and control food intake.
First of all, eat less high-fat and high-calorie foods and eat more low-calorie foods rich in protein, such as fish, beef and chicken without skin. Secondly, mix meat and vegetables, mix coarse grains with flour and rice, and eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat less sweets and fried foods, drink less drinks, and chew slowly when eating.
You can also drink some red bean and barley soup as water.
