Yesterday's sports were abdominal muscle training and two-hour badminton. It looks like a long time, but the amount of exercise is not very large, especially badminton. In fact, I don't run much in doubles, but I still mix doubles. I just need to hold the front, and I don't have to run at all.

It was this little exercise yesterday, and today I feel like I'm falling apart! Arm pain, abdominal pain and thigh pain.

You know, I'm also a person who lost more than ten pounds through exercise. This amount of exercise should be nothing, but why are you so tired?

I thought for myself, that's because I didn't stretch after exercise yesterday!

In the past, my sports followed the mobile APP. After each video, I always arrange some stretching actions and follow them every time, so I don't think too much. I didn't use software to practice this time. I forgot that the consequences of stretching are so serious.

Today's sports:

I want to do leg training and waist and abdomen training today. I didn't know I couldn't even roll my belly. I had a terrible abdominal pain, so I reluctantly followed keep to do a stovepipe training, which involved the abdomen.

Then make up for yesterday's lack of exercise and do full-body stretching. For stretching, there are different requirements before and after exercise. Do dynamic stretching before exercise and static stretching after exercise. If you don't want to fall apart the next day like me, then do a thorough stretch after exercise.

Diet:

Breakfast:

Today's breakfast is much healthier than the previous two days. Two homemade whole wheat black sesame shells+a cup of yogurt+an egg+a pitaya+a handful of nuts. Whether it's weight loss or health preservation, three meals a day emphasize comprehensive nutrition. On the basis of comprehensive nutrition, let's talk about improving some nutrients according to the needs of the body.

Lunch:

Today, several girls in our unit went out to eat and ate sushi. Sushi should be considered a healthier dish, and it should be fried less. But I want to know why there are no vegetables! I don't know where I saw it, saying that Japanese vegetables are very expensive, so they are rarely used. I don't know if it's true or not.

Too much at once, I'm full.

Dinner:

Half a bowl of rice+chicken+vegetables. An hour later, I ate two more cantaloupes.

Let's talk about hunger at night.

If you eat 70% to 80% full at night, you will always feel hungry when you sleep. If you are hungry, you can eat if you want, and it doesn't hurt if you don't eat. Maybe I indulged myself in eating too much before, but I was not used to it at once, and my heart was always itchy and I wanted to eat. Of course, if you find something else to do, you can forget about hunger. All right, I'll come when I'm hungry. If there is no change one day, it means you are full, haha.
