Clam and carrot wonton
Preparation of ingredients:
200-300g of clam meat.
Carrot half root
1 egg
5 ml soy sauce
Small wonton skin right amount
Practice steps:
1 Chop clam meat for later use.
Peel carrots and cut them into circular slices.
3 Pour the carrot paste, scrambled eggs and soy sauce into a bowl filled with clam meat and stir well.
4 Wrap the stuffing into small wonton.
