Eat moderate carbohydrates for lunch. You can choose the right amount of rice or coarse grains. Try to eat white meat, such as chicken, duck and Haihe fresh. Cooking methods should be light. Vegetables should be as cold as possible. Cucumber and bean sprouts are the best diet foods, so you can eat more appropriately. It is best to control the total variety of food below three.
It is said that abstaining from dinner can lose weight, which I don't advocate. I will have cold dishes with some porridge for dinner.
