Morning Notes
Today is another morning. I am writing my morning notes at this time. I am really a good boy. Frankly speaking, writing morning notes at this time is really different:

I won't be stressed, that is, when I go to bed at night, I will think that I didn't write my morning notes and regard them as "homework that must be done", which is not fun at all. Morning notes are a game between me and myself.

The mental state is different. Writing in the morning is really sober, thinking is more concentrated, and I am closer to my inner self.

Good mental state, writing is also pleasant at this time;

This day is easy to finish, not to say that it is like my homework, or that I don't have to think about it when I finish an important thing, otherwise I will "worry" all day;

The whole body and mind are also happy, just like two days have passed-one is to write morning notes, the other is to live a normal life, both are me, and the other two are my "days". I'm just in different time and space;

My heart is carefree, and my thoughts, thoughts and emotions are empty, just like an empty state. Even after I finished writing, I felt like a newborn baby with sincere eyes.

I feel energetic and in a great state of mind. This is my meditation life for myself. It suddenly occurred to me what meditation is. Meditation means focusing on what I am doing now, without distractions. If so, many things in my life can make me "meditate", as long as I concentrate:

1. Writing, such as writing morning notes.

Step 6 study

7. Watch a movie documentary

Step 8 use

9. Go to the bookstore

10. Go to Shang Chao.

All of the above can make me deep in thought.
