I believe many people already know that last week, I led my classmates to participate in the third mainland fitness record competition, which should be the largest fitness competition in China at present, with 8 participants, and finally won 3 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze.

This year's players are quite strong. Although the students who led the team competed in groups with less fierce competition, and their results were slightly average compared with those of professional players, everyone achieved their greatest success, and I am very proud of them.

Some of the participants in this competition are second-born mothers, some are white-collar workers, and some are freshmen ... They are just ordinary people and just like fitness, so they hit it off and decided to participate. Some of them only played for four months. Not the strong weightlifter you imagined: a body full of training marks, a strong body, and years of systematic training. They can achieve such great results on the field, whether they are lucky or strong, they deserve to be called crazy.

Although many competitions are tailor-made for professional players, who says that "amateurs" can't get a glimpse of the competition? The significance of the competition lies in public participation. The significance of real-name fitness is to let more ordinary people participate in fields that are usually out of reach.

I brought almost all the students with zero foundation. I know everyone's advantages and disadvantages, and I am happy to train with you. I am very practical in my heart.

Ye Mengmei weighs 5 1kg. She attended the training class on June 2, and started four months of training from a completely zero-based state. Finally, she achieved 80kg squat, 37.5kg bench press and 82.5kg hard pull. Won the middle-aged women's 52 kg class championship and set a record for this class.

Xin Wei, who weighs 59 kilograms, took part in a coaching training class on June 5438+ 10 this year, and started weightlifting training in February. In less than 10 month, the squat is increased by 70kg, and the hard lifting is increased by 60kg. Finally, the results of squat 100kg, bench press 45kg and hard pull 100kg were achieved. After obtaining the vest line, he attended the strength training course in April. Finally, 70kg squat, 40kg bench press and 85kg hard pull were realized. And won the women's 52 kg class championship.

Lulu, who weighs 55kg, started intermittent training in September last year and officially started strength training in April this year. Finally, 80kg squat, 45kg bench press and 100kg hard pull were realized. And won the runner-up in the women's 57 kg class.

Willy, who weighs 55 kilograms, started training in the gym in early July this year. Because each round trip takes more than two hours, I can only come to the library for training on weekends. In the end, 65kg of squat, 42.5kg of bench press and 80kg of hard pull were achieved. And won the third place in the women's 57 kg class.

Joy chen, who weighs 79 kilograms, is a street health style coach. He practices bench press every 10 day. He started preparing for the game six weeks before the game and changed to bench press training twice a week. Finally, his bench press score was 105kg. Very soy sauce grade. Lin Yuan took part in full-time courses this winter vacation, trained in the museum for two weeks in the summer vacation, and trained independently for the rest of the time. After 8 months, the weight increased from 55kg to 63kg. Finally, we achieved the results of squat 1 15kg, bench press 62.5kg and hard pull 130kg. And won the third place in the men's 63 kg class.

The panicle weighs 70 kilograms. I attended a two-week full-time training class this winter vacation. I haven't practiced free barbell squats before, but after that, the free squats increased to 120kg. Come to the library for training for two months in the summer vacation, and squat to 150kg as a group level. Then I stopped training for two weeks for some reason, and then I trained in a gym without a squat frame. 10 for more than a month, I only had two months to train with squat frame in the gym, and finally I got 165kg squat, 90kg bench press and 182.5kg hard pull.
