How many ways do dogs exercise?
Every dog goes through infancy, adolescence, middle age and old age. However, old age is the worst stage of a dog's life. Therefore, in order to make dogs live a long and healthy life, besides a healthy diet, reasonable exercise is also indispensable. Here are four kinds of exercises that are helpful to the health of dogs.

I. Free and unfettered movement

Puppies born less than half a year mainly use this kind of exercise, so that they can move freely for about 20 minutes in the morning and evening to achieve the purpose of health care.

Second, training and exercise.

In half a year to a year, dogs should be trained in basic skills, and the amount of exercise should increase slightly with the age of dogs.

Third, strenuous exercise.

For dogs over one year old, you can do quick exercise for a short time to exercise your heart and lungs. And consciously let it cross some obstacles, jump exercise training, let its chest muscles get exercise, so that the chest is more developed.

Fourth, performing exercises
