How to treat postpartum anxiety and depression?

1, psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is necessary for the emotional, conscious and behavioral problems of postpartum mental patients. Give sympathy, patience, harmony, explanation, encouragement, care and attention to patients' psychological problems, and provide guidance or suggestions. Relieve and release patients' emotions, properly evaluate social psychological stressors, eliminate bad stimuli, relieve pain, enhance self-confidence, and make self-adjustment and adaptation. Emphasis is placed on interpersonal psychotherapy, especially the contradiction between husband and wife or family members, but it needs the enthusiastic support and help of family members and all walks of life. Psychotherapy is an important treatment for postpartum depression. Including psychological support, counseling and social intervention. Through psychological counseling, psychological factors (such as marital tension, wanting to have a boy but having a girl, having a history of mental disorders, etc.) can be alleviated. Provide more emotional support and social support for pregnant women, and guide them to adjust their mood and life. Give more attention and meticulous care to puerperal women, try to adjust family relations and guide them to develop good sleep habits.

It is suitable for pregnant women with moderate and severe depression and ineffective psychotherapy. It is advisable to use drugs under the guidance of specialists, and drugs can be selected according to past curative effects and individualized medication. ① Paroxetine hydrochloride: the initial dose and effective dose are 20mg, 1 time, taken at breakfast every day. After 2-3 weeks, if the curative effect is not good and the side effects are not obvious, 10mg can be increased, and the maximum dose is 20mg (40 mg for the weak) 1 time, daily1time. Use with caution in pregnant women with hepatic and renal insufficiency. Be careful not to stop taking the medicine suddenly.

② Sertraline hydrochloride: taken orally, starting from 50mg daily, once a day/kloc-0, with food. After a few weeks, it increased to 100-200mg per day. The usual dose is 50- 100mg/day, and the maximum dose is 150-200mg/day (continuous use of such drugs shall not exceed 8 weeks). If long-term application is needed, the minimum effective amount should be used.

Take it orally in three times, with the maximum dose not exceeding 300mg per day and the maintenance amount of 50- 150mg per day.

How to lose weight half a year after delivery?

1. Don't lose weight in the second month.

After giving birth, women are in the weakest state and need to fully recover. At the same time, frequent breastfeeding and hard parenting during confinement require a lot of energy. Therefore, under any circumstances, don't try to lose weight and restore your body shape in any form during confinement, which will seriously hurt your body. However, it should also be noted that you can't enjoy too many tonics with high fat, high sugar and high calorie during the second month, which will also increase the burden of losing weight in the future.

2. You can start to lose weight according to your own situation 6 weeks after delivery.

Don't start to lose weight immediately after confinement, because after a month's rest, your body can't fully recover to the prenatal state, and you need to continue to recover your physical strength. About 6 weeks after delivery, you can consider a weight loss plan according to your own situation. On the premise of full recovery and no need for breastfeeding, you can lose weight through proper exercise and proper diet control at this stage. However, the best way to lose weight after childbirth is actually breastfeeding. Breastfeeding consumes a certain amount of calories, which can be said to be the healthiest way to lose weight, which is good for both mother and baby.

3. You can lose weight properly after 2 months after delivery.

After two months of delivery and recovery, even breastfeeding can start to lose weight step by step. You can appropriately increase the amount of exercise, reduce the amount of food, and improve the diet structure. However, breast-feeding women should pay attention to ensuring a certain nutritional intake, as long as they don't eat foods with high calories.

4. 4 months after delivery can increase the weight loss.

Women who don't need breastfeeding can lose weight as before delivery after 4 months, but for mothers who still breastfeed, breastfeeding after 2 months after delivery is still only suitable for control methods: moderately reduce food intake and moderately increase exercise. It is suggested that pregnant mommy can use abdominal tummy products with strong abdominal binding force during the day and stick them on the abdominal wall with strong tightening force to eliminate the fat accumulated in the lower abdomen and help the rectus abdominis and the left and right pelvis recover.

Six months after delivery is the key period to lose weight.

Six months after delivery is the golden period of weight control. If the pre-pregnancy weight can be recovered within half a year after delivery, the average weight will increase by 2.4 kg after 8 to 10 years. If the postpartum weight cannot be reduced, the average weight will increase by 8.3 kg after 8 to 10 years. It can be seen that half a year after delivery is not only the golden period of weight control, but also affects the future quality of life of pregnant women.

In any case, weight loss should be carried out 6 months after delivery, otherwise once the fat is firmly camped, it will be more difficult to lose weight in the future. Even if you are still breastfeeding, you can appropriately reduce your food intake, but you should pay attention to balanced nutrition and eat more foods with high nutrition and low calories, but you can't reduce your liquid intake. At the same time, we should take effective ways to lose weight through exercise, such as swimming and yoga.
