Practice method:
(1) Stand upright, with feet shoulder-width apart and toes pointing straight ahead.
(2) While inhaling, extend your hands upward from your side until your palms are clasped on your head.
(3) Continue to inhale, while stretching the spine, slowly stand on tiptoe, move the center of gravity forward, tighten the muscles of the abdomen, back and legs, and finally let the toes support the body. Take six deep breaths.
