Is the method of losing weight correct?
It is best not to go on a diet to lose weight! ! !

1. Set health goals

If you are overweight and want to change, the first step is to determine your target weight. Write down your goal and the date to achieve it.

Start with small things

You can't change your behavior and habits overnight. So change one or two things a week, and start here. Make sure to eat five kinds of vegetables every day for two days in the first week, and then increase it a little every week.

3. Track your diet and exercise.

Now you can start working towards your goal. The best way to stick to diet and exercise habits is to record them. There are many websites and mobile applications that can help you complete the recording. Or you can keep a diary about your diet and exercise in the old way. Find a method that suits you and record what you accomplish every day.

4. Assessment and adjustment

Every month, you should look at your goals and see what progress you have made in achieving them. If you haven't met your requirements, make some minor adjustments. Try different exercise methods, or reduce the food intake that you eat too much. Weight loss and maintenance vary from person to person. Find out what works for you and stick to it.

PS: The above is a summary of experience. I hope to adopt.
