What's the difference between img and iso images?
ISO is a mirror image file of CD-ROM, which can be opened with virtual cd software.

IMG is an image file. You can use HDCOPY or daemon software. Let's briefly talk about the use of HDCOPY:

1, enter the main interface zhidao of HDCOPY (note: it should be used in pure DOS), and then insert the floppy disk, which will normally start reading automatically. If not, select Read and press Enter (if the original floppy disk has bad tracks, it will try to read again). When finished, insert a new floppy disk and it will be written automatically. If not, please select Write.

2. Regarding the publishing of IMG file, you can choose to obtain the form file, and then enter the directory where the IMG file is located below. When finished, select Insert Empty White Floppy Disk, and it will automatically write the released contents. If not, press Write.

3. Regarding the compression of IMG files, when a floppy disk to be compressed is inserted, it will be automatically read. If not, please select Read. When finished, select "Put in File", and then enter the directory and file name you need to save below. There is no need to add the extension IMG, it will be added automatically.
